I started working for Learning Disability Wales in 2011 on a wonderful project supporting young people with a learning disability through transition. Around 10 years ago I joined our Easy Read team.

My favourite part of the job is design and working with people with learning disabilities to get feedback on our work. There’s always something to learn! I’m really proud of our little team, there’s only 5 of us but we all bring lots of skills and experience to the table, and our work supports the amazing work that Learning Disability Wales does!

Outside of easy read I love spending time with my friends and family, especially my 2 daughters. I’m a dog person with a cat! I love playing and umpiring netball, music, being outdoors (in the nice weather!) and relaxing by the pool on holidays!
