Llais – Easy Read Manifesto 2026

We were pleased to work with Llais to create an Easy Read version of their 2026 manifesto.

This document explains what people across Wales say they need from health and social care services. It is based on thousands of people sharing their real experiences.

People told Llais they want real change. They want services to keep their promises and work better for everyone.

Common problems include long waits for GP appointments and surgery, delays in mental health support and not enough support for carers.

The manifesto sets out four main priorities for the next Welsh Government. It also explains the specific actions Llais wants the Welsh Government to take, like better accessible transport, increasing primary care staff and introducing legal rights to respite care.

By making the manifesto Easy Read, we helped more people understand what Llais is calling for. This means more people can see how health and social care services in Wales could improve for everyone.

We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the report. Both versions are digitally accessible for screen readers and assistive technology.
